Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible grouting of liquid chemical into various subsoils from the poor subsoil to the gravel subsoid by simultaneous grouting of a high pressure chemical liquid and a high pressure air, followed by application of high frequency vibration.
CONSTITUTION: A high pressure grout pump 6 is started to cause a high pressure water to be injected from an injection port 2, and a rod 1 is pressed down into a given layer with a high frequency vibration being applied thereto by a by-blow hammer 4. Then, a high pressure chemical liquid is injected at a rate of 5kg/cm2W 80kg/cm2 from the injection port 2 and a high pressure air at a rate of 10kg/cm2 from an injection port 3 with the start of an air compressor 5. The rod 1 is pressed down with further application of the high frequency vibration with the by-blow hammer 4 to grout the liquid chemical. When the chemical thus grouted reaches a given depth, the rod is withdrawn to the ground.
