Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent an adhesion of clayey earth to a blade and to enable an effective filling of a ground hardener, by performing a digging while a fluid is injected from small holes at a hollow blade located at a hollow rod of an earth auger inserted into a hollow portion of a premolded pile.
CONSTITUTION: An earth auger is inserted into a hollow portion of a premolded pile, a digging being performed by rotating the earth auger whole a fluid such as air is injected through injection holes 13 bored in a hollow blade surface 12. Simultaneously, a pile is driven-in by pressure by driving a hydraulic device, a proper stuff, such as a filling liquid of a ground hardener such as cement, a compressed air, or a high pressure water, being injected in a right situation according to a processing condition through flow passages formed by pipes 15W17 incorporated in a rod 11. Afterwards, the earth auger is lifted up. This process causes the reduction of noise and vibration occurring while piling is performed, and causes the improvement of a digging efficiency and a vertical accuracy.
