Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the leakage of grout as well as attain its packing effect by maintaining the pressure to be applied to a sleeve packer at the same as or higher than the injection pressure of grout all the time.
CONSTITUTION: A boring liquid is supplied through a pathway D, a multiple flow rotary coupler 6, and a driller 8, and an injection pipe 4 is penetrated while being turned into a given depth(Figure a). Then, water is sent under pressure through a pathway C to expand a sleeve packer 26 until it presses on a pit wall 46, and liquids A and B are sent under pressure through pathways A and C, mixed together at the tip of the injection pipe 4, and injected into the adjoining ground(Figure b). Since, at this time, the packer 26 is expanded and the pressure of the pathway C is lowered in case where the pit wall is deformed, a pressure is applied in order to maintain it at a set pressure(Figure c). After the completion of injection, the packer is restored to its original place. In case where the depth of a construction site is deep, water in the pathway C is drawn out and the packer 26 is restored(Figure d). Afterwards in forward, steps, the processes aWd are repeated.
