Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a simple and easy work and shorten a working time by a method wherein a plurality of kinds of grouts are fed into the ground in a specified time interval by using multipipes as the feeding pipes.
CONSTITUTION: A grouting device is composed of an outer pipe 1, inner pipe 2, metal crown 3 fixed at a leading end of the outer pipe 1, and a check valve 4 etc. At first, a boring operation is performed while water is fed by double pipes and then the double pipes are installed at a specified depth. Quick solidifying grout made by combining mix proportion liquid flowed from the pipes I' and II' is flowed around a feeding pipe to form a quick solidifying layer D to cause a stratum in the feeding area to be set. Next combined grout is flowed from pipes I" and I', which has high permeability to earth. This grout breaks through said solidified layer D, permeats into the earth particles, solidifies the feeding area E to provide a waterproofness. Then, the double pipes are pulled up and said steps are repeated in a new ground layer.
