Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to perform a packing and an improvement through pouring of an instantaneous setting liquid, by a method wherein, in a ground-stabilizing process, the structure of a pouring tube for chemical liquid is trebled, and the chemical liquids, being different in gelling time, are poured through the forward end and the base end part of the pouring tube.
CONSTITUTION: A C-liquid, being a two-pack type hardening material having a long gelling time, fed to an inner tube 6 thrusts aside a tongue part 10a of a check valve 10 to be jetted through a jet nozzle 12. Simultaneously, the two-pack type material of A and B liquids, being the two-pack type hardening liquid material having a short gelling time, are poured into the gap between an outer tube 1 and a middle tube 5 and into the gap between the middle tube 5 and the inner tube 6. The A and B liquids are mixed in a mixing chamber 14, and are discharged through a pouring port 17 into a peripheral ground to form a consoliditating substance G1. The C-liquid jetted through the jet nozzle 12 forms the consoldating substance G1, and a part of the C-liquid is forced to ooze out to the base end side of a pouring tube along a bored hole wall as it stands in an uncuring manner. It, however, is checked by the consolidating substance G1 to reinforce an area which ranges centering around the jet nozzle 12.
