Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish the grouting of the chemical with a grouting tube without changing the setup by means of a spool valve after the boring of the soil.
CONSTITUTION: Initially in the boring, a cooling water is fed to an inner pipe from a double swivel not illustrated. The water is sent to a metal crown with a bit not illustrated from a nipple 3 passing through a check valve 31 via the fluid path 12 and the passage hole 20 to effect a given boring. Then, to start the grouting, a water solution of the main agent is fed to the cylinder, and the spool valve 5 acting as a piston lowers to communicate the cylinder 8 and the injection hole 10, while the fluid path 12 through which a water solution of the assistant agent is supplied is communicated to the injection hole 10 throuth the passage hole 20 and a circular chamber 27. Therefore, both the solutions are mixed together and grouted into the subsoil through the injection hole 10.
