Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve measurement accuracy, antifriction efficiency and grouting efficiency at a chemical injection into the ground or rear-side of lining by, after inputting necessary setting data, automatically performing operations such as the charge of materials, the preparation of liquids A and B, the injection of the liquids, hydraulic compression of the grouting liquid and discarding of washing water.
CONSTITUTION: After prepared in a bath 14 for liquid A and a bath 15 for liquid B, the liquids are delivered to conveyer tanks 16 and 17 respectively. By the operation of a pressurizing means 19, the liquids in the tanks 16 and 17 are joined together in a Y-shaped pipe 26C through branch pipes 26A and 26B, and turbulently injected 30 into tail void 33 through a change-over valve 29. When sensors 21 and 21 sense that the delivery of the liquids from the tanks 16 and 17 finishes, a connection valve 20 of the means 19 is closed, and water is supplied 22 by the operation of a pump 9. The water permits the liquid in a conveyer pipe 26 to be injected into the tail void 33. When the planned quantity of the liquids is injected, the valve 29 is changed over in order to discharge 31 the water in the pipe 26 into a vertical shaft. The operation of each device is automatically controlled by the operation on an automatic control board 24.
