Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a solidification of a soft ground to be easily performed in one process, by locating multi-pouring pipe in the ground such that a lower portion of an inner pipe is not covered with an outer pipe and by compositely filling with a few types of filling materials.
CONSTITUTION: A multiple pouring pipe consisting of an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2 is located in a hole bored to a given depth, a lower portion of the inner pipe 1 being not covered with the outer pipe 1 for a distance of a given length by sliding the pipe 1. A metal crown 4 is placed at the end of the outer pipe 1. An optional grout constitutent element, such as a water glass water solution I', a cement suspension I", is poured from the outer pipe 1, an optional grout component part, such as a water glass water solution II', a soluble reaction agent water solution II", being poured from the inner pipe 2. This process causes gaps in the ground to be consolidated by the grout having a poor permeability, and then causes the grout having a good permeability to penetrate completely into fine-grained earth layer in the prevention of its escape due to consolidated gap. After a given amount is filled, the pouring pipe is lifted up to a proper height to repeat aforesaid filling.
