Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the execution of works correct and speedy and raise the vertical accuracy by performing excavation, moving a casing slidably by using connecting ears of steel-pipe piles being buried as guides.
CONSTITUTION: Two lines of guide walls 12 are laid on the surface of ground and between the lines a casing 7 and an auger screw 6 are built vertically, thereby digging being performed. When the digging is performed, a cement milk is injected from the tip of the screw 6 and when the digging is made down to a fixed depth, the casing 7 and the screw 6 is pulled up and a hole D is formed. Before the collapse of the wall of the hole D and the hardening of soil cement begin, a steel-pipe pile B is inserted. After the 1st pile B being inserted and buried, a guide member 9 provided on the casing 7 is fitted in an engaged with the connecting ear B and the digging is conducted by driving the auger screw 6. At this time, the cement milk is injected from the tip of the screw 6. Into a hole 10 left after the casing 7 and the screw 6 being pulled out, the 2nd steel-pipe pile B is inserted by using the connecting ear b as a guide. Similar works being repeated in this way, piles are buried so as to form a continuous line of poles, i.e. an earth retaining wall.
