Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method of controlling an EP ash incinerator which can stably operate by feeding EP ash incineration exhaust gas and fluid flow layer temperature signals to a control box and cntrolling fuel supply and stop to an assistant burner, EP ash supply amount and chilled air feed amount.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas temperature and fluid flow layer temperature signals detected at temperature detectors 3, 4 are transmitted to a control box 5. Valves 7, 8 and motor 9 are controlled to control the chilled air supply amount, EP ash supply amount and the supply amount to an assistant burner. The valve 7 is provided at a chilled air feed tube 6 for introducing chilled air into fuel exhaust gas to control the chilled air flow rate. The valve 9 is provided at a fuel supply tube 11 for supplying fuel to an assistant burner 10 to control fuel supply amount.
