CONSTITUTION: After fed from a hopper 2, municipal wastes are dried and burnt while moving an grates 3, 4 and 5 and the exhaust gas C thereof ascends toward a flue from a combustion chamber 8. In the flue, a burner 19 is ignited with a temperature detection valve change controller 22 and the controller 22 actuates a adjusting valve 18 to inject water or steam.
