Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In a condenser 6 for condensing the steam of a steam turbine 7, cooling water from an intake port 1 is supplied from circulation water pumps 2A, 2B, the opening of which blades is adjusted by means of motors 11A, 11B, and water heated is discharged to an exhaust port 8 through flow-rate detectors 12A, 12B. In this case, a cooling water flow-rate controller 100 for controlling said motors is formed by the optimum vacuum degree control flow-rate set circuit 101 for maintaining the condenser 6 in the optimum degree of vacuum, a drainage temperature control flow-rate set circuit 102, a high value preference circuit 103, which compares the output of these set circuits and lets signals at the high level side pass, adders 104A, 104B and regulators 105A, 105B.
