Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise the thermal efficiency of a method wherein feed water for an deaerator is used as the water for cooling the condenser of a steam turbine and hot exhaust water from the condenser wherein the temperature at the outlet thereof is raised more than the specified is fed to the deaerator together with the turbine condensed water.
CONSTITUTION: Feed water for a boiler deaerator 3 being used as the cooling water for a condenser 2 directly connected with an extraction turbine 1, the hot exhaust water whose temperature is raised herein is fed to the deaerator 3 together with the turbine condensed water pressurized by a pump 11. On the occasion, the flow rate of the condensed water is set so that the temperature of the feed water for the deaerator (hot exhaust water from the condenser) is raised at 60°C or higher within the range where the function of the deaerator 3 is not hindered. In addition, in case where any fluctuation appears in the quantity of feed water for the deaerator, an auxiliary heat exchanger 4 using sea water and the like is provided additionally and a part of the hot exhaust water from the condenser is circulated by a pump 12 along a circuit shown by a dotted line, thus the temperature of feed water and the flow rate of the turbine condensed water are stabilized.
