Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent easily cold corrosion of an economizer, by mxing a part of tube water on the discharge of circulating pump with supply water on the inlet of heat collector of the econimizer.
CONSTITUTION: A tube water supply pipe 3 is connected to the water supply tube 4 on the inlet of the econimizer 7 from the discharge side of the circulating pump 2 branching the tube water supply pipe. Thereby, a part of tube water which is circulated to the vapor water shell 1 from the vapor water shell 1 of the boiler through the generating tube 6 by the forced circulating pump 2 runs through the tube water supply pipe 3, mixed with inlet supply water of the econimizer being adjusted with regulating valve 5, the supply water temperature at the inlet of the econimizer 7 is maintained to the prescribed value. Consequently cold corrosion of the econimizer 7 is prevented without adding newly the facility such as tube water supply pump, the temperature on the supply water outlet is low, since the difference to the exhaust gas temperature can be taken, thermal conductivity of the econimizer 7 will be improved.
