Abstract
PURPOSE: A centrifugal dehydrator able to operate at its maximum best condition is provided, wherein material to be dehydrated is charged in inlet pipe to be continuously, quickly, and uniformly transferred along the bottom and internal surface of dehydration cage.
CONSTITUTION: The controller 14 is actuated to start the disposer 10, motor M, pressure conveyor 12, and water is running from water system 11. Material such as garbage to be treated is charged from the inlet 10a, crushed by the disposer 10, and mixed with water from the pipe 11. The mixture is fed by the pressure conveyor 12 to the charge pipe 4, passed through the gap between the protrusion 2b and opening 4a and moved to the bottom 2a. The sensor 13 finds the concentration and viscosity of the material and causes the controller 14 to regulate the altitude of the charge pipe 4, adjusting the gap between the protrusion 2b and the opening 4a. Thus, the material is smoothly moved along the slanted face of the protrusion and enters the bottom 2a.
