Abstract
PURPOSE:To form the weld zone with high tensile strength and stable low temperature toughness, by executing the welding on the Ni-steel for use of ultra-low temperature using the ferritic welding material including a specified amount of each of Ni, Ti, Al, and by forming the final bead layer depending on the specified welding heat input using the high Ni-alloy welding material. CONSTITUTION:The Ni-steel for use of ultra-low temperature is welded using the ferritic welding material, at least including Ni, Ti, Al, with the content by wt%, 7%<=Ni<=15%, Ti<=0.03% and Al<=0.10%. Hereupon, at least the final bead layer is formed using the high Ni-alloy welding material containing Ni>=42% and either one of Cr and Mo or sum of these by >=10%, and is formed by the welding heat input less than 50Kj/cm. In this case, the final bead layer at the double side welding can be formed using the high Ni-alloy meterial for both sides, or only the final backside bead layer can be formed using the high Ni-alloy welding meterial.
