CONSTITUTION:This mild ferritic stainless steel having superior machinability consists of, by weight, <=0.08% C, <=0.3% Si, <=1.5% Mn, <=0.04% P, 11.5-20.0% Cr, <=0.03% N, <=0.40% Ni, <=0.10% Cu, <=0.20% Mo, 0.005-0.30% each of one or more among Al, Ti, Nb and V, 0.01-0.30% each of Pb and/or Sn and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities or further contains at least one among 0.05-0.50% S, 0.05-0.50% Se and 0.001-0.030% Ca. The steel is suitable for use as stock for a key, etc., to be subjected to press working and cutting.
