Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the designing of tool angle for the die to be manufactured at any value as desired, using electrodes whose side surface is perpendicular to the bottom surface, by applying discharge processing while the electrodes rotate on a plane in accordance with the tool angle being requested for the die to be manufactured. CONSTITUTION:Discharge processing is carried out while the electrodes 5 rotate on a plane including the bottom surface in accordance with the size of the tool angle requested for the die to be manufactured, employing electrodes 5 whose sides are perpendicular to its bottom. For example, the above mentioned electrodes manufactured by wire-cut discharge processing, is lowered perpendicularly against the work 4 to be manufactured as die, and bored down to 52 by discharge processing.
