Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an electrolytic buffing and processing method comprising insulating 40 to 80% of the area of a tool electrode, coating the entire lower surface of the tool electrode with a non-woven abrasive material, whereby the grinding speed is increased by, for example, 10 to 25%, and doubling a region having a ratio where it is finished at less than 1mumRmax.
