Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively perform water treatment corresponding to the quality of the water being treated by searching the optimum operating conditions of a model water treatment plant system and setting the operating conditions of an actual water treatment plant system.
CONSTITUTION: The sewer water branched from an influent pipe 20 is branched into an actual water treatment plant system 22 and a model water treatment plant system 23. The model water treatment plant system 23 is so arranged as to increase the rate of treatment by providing a heating tank 40 to a model aeration tank 36 or doing others. An electronic computer 50 receives the operation signals of various processing mechanisms and searches the optimum operating conditions of the model plant system 23. While supervising these conditions, the electronic computer 50 controls the operations of the aerating blower 29, regulating and control valve 30, sludge discharge pump 33 and sludge return pump 31 of the actual water treatment plant system 22. Thereby, the optimum water treatment controlling may be performed according to multiple and diversified qualities, amounts and temperatures of sewer water.
