Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a voltage follower circuit which operates accurately throughout all voltage regions, by using pnp and npn differential input type operational amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage is supplied commonly to the input of the first voltage follower unit circuit VF1 using npn differential input type operational amplifier A1 and the input of the second voltage follower unit circuit VF2 using pnp differential input type operational amplifier A2. The input voltage is compared with the reference voltage by comparator A3; and the output of circuit VF1 and the output of circuit VF2 are switched for the input voltage higher than the reference voltage and the input voltage lower than the reference voltage respectively and are outputted. Thus, operating circuits A1 and A2 compensate defects of blind zones of each other, so that a voltage follower circuit can be obtained which operates accurately throughout all voltage regions.
