CONSTITUTION: Molten steel in the ladle 2 is poured in the pouring part area 5 partitioned by the dam 4 in the tundish 3 through the dipping nozzle 1 having plural vomitting holes. Since the number of vomitting holes of the nozzle 1 is 2 or 4 vomitting flow of the molten steel collides or is reflected against the dam 4 or the tundish side wall 9. Next, revolving turbulence is generated in the area 5 by generated reflection flow and inclusion in the molten steel are cohered at the center of the revolving turbulence by centrifugal force and then, are floated on the surface of the molten steel.
