A mixture gas GS' which has actuated the turbine T is supplied to a condenser C being divided into a condensed water W and low temperature gas G', and the gas G' is discharged to the atmosphere by a vacuum pump (k). While the water separated from the mixture gas GS' is pressurized by a pump P into a water W' and supplied to a boiler B.
