Abstract
PURPOSE:To dissolve processing instability behind corner part as well as to decrease vibration of wire electrode in such a way that at the time of changing the processing movement direction, biting condition is smoothly performed by decreasing the processing energy according to the processing electric condition row. CONSTITUTION:Current is supplied from a power supply device 5 between wire electrode 1 and processed object 3 for performing electric discharge processing. Processing voltage is compared with reference voltage by a comparator 6, error voltage is input through an A-D converter 7 and a velocity converter 8 to a driving controller 9. A corner discriminator 15 discriminates the corners by numerical information given from NC tape 10. When it is discriminated to be a corner, the corner discriminator 15 sends signals to a processig electric condition controller 16, processing condition of the processing power supply device 5 can be changed.
