Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to set the processing electric condition to easily cope with changes of thickness in the processed object by inserting the processing electric condition to cope with actual changes of thickness at the thickness changing point of the processed object applied input on the memory medium. CONSTITUTION:Processing electric condition to cope with changes of thickness to be yielded in accompaniment with processing movement by NC tape 5 is commanded in advance and memorized. A controller 4 commands in advance the processing electric condition to cope with new thickness to be commanded by signals of a voltage change detector 6. In case where processing feed velocity is constant, as the changes of thickness becomes directly changes of the processing rate, voltage between electrodes is changed, the voltage change detector 6 is set to work. In other words, the processed object 2 is machined on the proper processing electric condition to cope with new thickness memorized by being applied input from the NC tape 5 in the entire synchronization with the changes of thickness.
