Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency and the strength of a core unit by alternatively connecting a flat part having a width corresponding to a space between the flat pipes and a flat contact surface having a height corresponding to a space between an upper and lower connected flat portions.
CONSTITUTION: A flat part 11a having a width W corresponding to a space between the flat pipes 3, and a contact surface part 11b having a height H corresponding to a space between the upper and lower flat surfaces 11a and abutted against the side surfaces of the flat pipes 3 when the core unit is assembled are made to be connected alternatively, and each of the flat portions 11a is formed with a plurality of one-side roof loubers 11c of which inclinations are made toward or against the wind. Under thia arrangement, it is possible to form a louber 11c haivng the same width as that of the corrugate fin 11 in the flat surface 11a, so that the end of the louber 11c may excessively be approached to the flat pipe 3, the air flowed in the core unit 5 is flowed between the loubers, resulting in no flow of eddy, and a larger contact area as well as the efficiency may be improved more.
