Abstract

PURPOSE:Specific shaped pattern is formed in a machining part of metal surface employing transcription technics by means of high absorption ink for the razor beam. By doing so, metal machining by razor beam can be easily done. CONSTITUTION:A machining pattern 9 in the required shape is formed in a machining article 5 empoying the transcription technics and writting brush. When a sort of beam is CO2 razor beam with wave length 10.6mun, the pattern is formed by a ink including carbon and manganese phosphate, both of which absorb razor beam even at its comparatively lower energy. Now, a razor beam 2 emitted from a razor oscillator 1 runs in adetermined angle range by an arrow 6 direction through a shaft of fulcrum 4 in a razor collector 3 and then the machining article 5 is moved to the direction of an arrow 7. By doing so, razor beam scans as shown in the number 8 and the pattern 9 receives quenching treatment and so on.
