CONSTITUTION:Necessary electrically conducting wirings are drawn by screen printing on the substrate surface which has been made insulating by alumite treatment. An IC chip is die-bonded to a pattern 3e part. The IC chip having been die- bonded is coated by resin from above and further crystal vibrator and other electrical elements are mounted on this substrate. It is also possible to provide a recess in the substrate of the portion where the IC chip 9 is contained. Even in this case, the substrate is coated with resin after wire bonding to be integrated to the circuit block. In this way, the electronic watch of high reliability, good design and low cost may be formed.
