Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the degree of integration greatly through the series connection between memory matrix ROM part and the bit select ROM part in the same formation as the longitudinal address decoder. CONSTITUTION:Bit address decoder ROM26 and bit select ROM part 27 are formed at memory matrix ROM part 25 and word address docoder ROM11. Part 27 forms the gate circuit to select one of bit output lines B1-B5, and part 26 can control freely part 27. As a result, the memory cell within part 25 is connected in series to the transistor within part 27 featuring the same formation as the address decoder formed with the longitudinal ROM, thus increasing the degree of integration greatly.
