Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain constant output current irrespective of ambient temperature change, by employing such circuit as comprised of junction type n-channel FET and resistor as constant current circuit employed in differential amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: Positive power source is connected through differential amplifier Al to the drain of junction type n-channel FET where the difference between drain- source voltage the drain-source current is saturated and gate-source voltage is about 0.8V, while resistors 12, 13 are connected between gate, source and the negative power source. When fixing the drain current of said FET 11 by setting the resistances of said resistors 12, 13, constant output current can be obtained continuously irrespective of ambient temperature change resulting in facilitation of circuit design.
