CONSTITUTION:When no input is present at the input terminal 14 of the transistors Tr15, 16 constituting the differential amplifier, the output of the terminal 29 is at L with Tr15 off, Tr16 on, and Tr17, 18 off. In this case, the base potential of Tr16 is the sum of the forward voltage of the diodes 24 and 25 to which the currents I1 and I2 of the constant current sources 26, 27 flow, and the positive direction threshold voltage VT is set by this.
