Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high input impedance and to enable to set small hysteresis width with good accuracy, by constituting the input stage with differential amplifier and using the hysteresis characteristics with the relation between the forward current and voltage of the diode. CONSTITUTION:When no input is present at the input terminal 14 of the transistors Tr15, 16 constituting the differential amplifier, the output of the terminal 29 is at L with Tr15 off, Tr16 on, and Tr17, 18 off. In this case, the base potential of Tr16 is the sum of the forward voltage of the diodes 24 and 25 to which the currents I1 and I2 of the constant current sources 26, 27 flow, and the positive direction threshold voltage VT is set by this. Next, when the input waveform level of the terminal 14 exceeds VT, Tr15, 17 turn on and then, Tr18 turn on. I2 of the constant current source 27 flows in, and only I1 flows to the diodes 24, 25, the base voltage of Tr16 decreases to set the negative direction threshold voltage VT by this. Thus, the hysteresis width can be set with I1 and I2.
