Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage of a digital signal to an analog signal by evading the saturation of a transistor in the interface circuit of a digital-analog integrated circuit formed in a body. CONSTITUTION:The current value of constant-current circuit 303 is set larger than the value of an applied current flowing through transistor T3 and electric current is also drawn from diode D1. Further, since resistance R1 and diode D2 are used to determing the collector voltage of transistor T2 and a potential at the connection point between resistance R1 and diode D2 is set to forward voltage Vbe2 of diode D2, the base voltage of transistor T4, when transistor T4 turns off, is equal to a voltage, obtained by deducting forward voltage Vbe1 of diode D1 from Vbe2, i.e. a nearly-zero potential, preventing transistor T2 from getting saturated. Further, the amplitude of the base voltage of transistor T4 is suppressed in terms of the forward voltage across the diode.
