Abstract
PURPOSE:To quickly interrupt the transistor, by providing the circuit flowing reverse current between the base and emitter of transistor at the primary side of the current transformer when the transistor is off. CONSTITUTION:The driving windings N12 and N22 are provided between the junction point (a) of each emitter of the transistors 1,2 commonly connecting the emitter at the secondary side of the current transformer 3 and the base, each collector is connected to the collector junction point (b) via the feedback windings N11 and N21, and the load 4 and the DC power supply 5 are connected between (a) and (b). At the primary side of the current transformer 3, each end of the control windings N13, N23 connected with the junction point (c) is connected to the switches S1 and S2 which are turned on and off with the signal generator 6. Between the output terminal (d) of the switch and the junction point (c), the drive DC power supply 9 and the drive current determination resistor 10 are connected, and in parallel with this, the series circuit consisting of the capacitor 11 and the resistor 12 to flow reverse current when the transistor turns off, is connected.
