Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a parallel operation stably by causing a fed-back base current to increase the current of the other transistor even if the current of one transistor connected to a feedback current transformer is increased differently from its characteristic. CONSTITUTION:Transistors TrQ1 and Q2 are connected in parallel through primay windings N1-1 and N2-1 of feedback current transformers T1 and T2, and secondary windings N1-2 and N2-2 are connected to bases of adjacent Tr's so that the base current can be supplied. Then, even if one Tr connected to current transformers T1 and T2 increases the current differently from the characteristic of the current amplification factor, etc., of Tr, the base current fed back by the current is supplied to the other Tr to increase the current of this Tr, so that the current can be prevented from concentrating in a specific Tr. As a result, a parallel operation can be performed stably.
