CONSTITUTION:A desired output voltage value can be obtained by the turn ratio of the secondary coils N2', N2'' of a transformer T1' and the turn ratio of the coils N4', N4'' of a transformer T2. When the number of the secondary coil of the transformer T1'' is, for example, N2'=N2'' and the number of the coil of the transformer T2 is N4'=N4'', the output voltage of the DC power source DC1 becomes 3/4 of the output voltage of the DC power source due to the secondary coil N2 of the transformer T1' without using the transformer T2. Thus, the output voltage of the DC power source DC1 can be precisely produced by altering the turn ratio N4', N4'' of the transformer T2 or the secondary coil N2', N2'' of the transformer T1.
