Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable high speed switching of transistor (Tr), by connecting the variable impedance element to the primary winding of the three winding transformer and driving the transistor (Tr) so that the current flowing to the third winding can be in positive feedback to the secondary winding. CONSTITUTION:The variable impedance element consisting of Tr13, resistor 11 and capacitor C12 is connected to the primary winding n1 of the three winding transformer 10, one of the secondary winding n2 is connected to the base and collector of Tr1 via the diodes 2, 3, and another end is connected to the emitter of Tr1. The third winding n3 of the transformer 10 is connected to the emitter and load of Tr1. When switching current flows to Tr1, since the polarity of the current flowing to the winding n3 is made so that it can be positive fed back to the winding n2, Tr1 is instantly conductive. When Tr13 is conducted at the interruption of Tr1, a voltage is fed to the winding n1 with C12 with low impedance state in high frequency, the current flowing to the windings n2, n3 is cancelled in a short time, and the interruption of Tr1 is made in a short time.
