Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the inversion speed of a transistor and reduce the switching loss, by forming a trigger signal to turn off the transistor on the basis of the voltage whose phase is behind that of the voltage between the collector and the emitter of a transistor in a blocking oscillating circuit. CONSTITUTION:From a phase delaying circuit 30 connected in parallel to the primary winding 22a of a transformer 22, a voltage whose phase is behind that of the voltage between the collector and the emitter of a transistor Tr23 is obtained and divided by resistors 35 and 36. On the other hand, the voltage applied a load 31 is fed back through a feedback circuit 32 and compared with a reference voltage 34 in a voltage-comparing circuit 33. The output voltage of the circuit 33 is compared with the voltae divided by the resistors 35 and 36 in a voltage-comparing circuit 37. When the output voltage of the circuit 33 is larger than the voltage divided by the resistors 35 and 36, a positive voltage as a trigger signal is outputted from the circuit 37. Consequently, a transistor Tr 26 is turned on, and the base current Ib1 of the transistor Tr 23 flows in the direction opposite to the direction theretofore, so that the transistor Tr 23 is turned off in a moment.
