Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve performance while decreasing the number of parts forming a circuit by a mechanism wherein a variable impedance element is connected in parallel with a rectifier connected to the second winding of a transformer, and the variable impedance element is controlled by output voltage. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 23 does not work actively because inverse bias is applied to a collector of the transistor 23 only by the voltage drop value in the forward direction of a rectifier 22 against an emitter of the transistor 23 at the time when a transistor 2 is conducted and voltage induced to the second winding n12 of a transformer 21 is rectified by means of the rectifier 22. When the transistor 2 is interrupted, currents previously flowing through a retardation coil 12 continuously flow through a recrifier 11. The action of the transistor 23 can be made active for the period. Exciting currents accumulated at the first winding n11 of the transformer 21 are reset when the transistor 2 is conducted.
