Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the DC regulated circuit having a wide input voltage range, by controlling the voltage control circuit with the output signal of a rectangular wave oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TR)Q1, Q4 are used as voltage controlled element, resistors R1-R4 and TRQ2 act like auxiliary operation of the switching of TRQs1, Q4. If the voltage dividing the output voltage with resistors R5 and R6 is smaller than the reference voltage 3, the number of pulses appeared at the output of the rectangular type oscillator 2 is increased, the period of on/off is decreased for TRQs1,Q4, the energy stored in the inductor L is output one after another and the output voltage is increased. If the voltage dividing the output voltage with the resistors R5, R6 is greater than the voltage 3, the output voltage increases on the contrary. Thus, the DC regulated circuit having wide input voltage range can be obtained.
