Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the cut-off characteristics of transistors by providing the same number of socillation control circuits as that of the switching transistors constituting inverters, and connecting the diodes in parallel with resistors for controlling base currents. CONSTITUTION:For the control of the switching transistors Q1 and Q2, the oscillation control circuit O1 which is connected to a control voltage taking out winding N and comprises the resistors R1 and R2, a saturating reactor L, and a transformer T2 and the oscillation control circuit O2 comprising the resistor R1' and R2', a saturating reactor L', and a transformer T2' are separately provided. The switching diodes CR1 and CR1' are connected to the resistors R2 and R2' in parallel at the polarity so as to obtain forward direction with respect to the reverse base current. Therefore, the resistors R2 and R1' become the shorted state with respect to the reverse base current by the diodes CR1 and CR1', the oscillating frequency can be made high in response to the increase in the input DC voltage without degrading the cut-off characteristics.
