Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the fast logic circuit having less power consumption with less input current, by providing a switch at the input gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the input electrodes 1 and 2 are both at high level, the level of the output electrode 3 is 0 with positive logic, and when at least one of the electrodes 1, 2 is at low level, and the level of the electrode 3 is 1. In such a fast logic circuit, the resistors 14 and 15 are connected in series between the base of the input transistor Tr9 and the power supply electrode 4, and the switch 16 is connected in parallel with the resistor 15 having greater resistance value. Further, the switch 16 is conductive when the electrodes 1 and 2 are both at high level, and the base current of the current drive Tr10 is a greater value wih the control of only resistor 14, sufficiently driving Tr10 and output Tr12. Further, when at least one of the electrodes 1 and 2 is at low level, the switch 16 is cut off to cause in series connection for the resistors 14 and 15.
