Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a malfunction and ensure a high stability for a control circuit for a semiconductor switch element, by making the semiconductor switch element conduct when the output of a logic element circuit is at a high level. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a logic element circuit 20 is connected to one of a pair of control terminals 13 and 14 of a driving circuit 21; and one of a pair of power supply terminals of the circuit 20 is connected to the other control terminal of the circuit 21. A power source 18 is connected between a pair of power supply terminals of the circuit 20. Thus a malfunction can be avoided since the circuit 21 of a semiconductor switch element 1 is turned off when the output of the circuit 20 is at a low level. And no problem arises at all when the output of the circuit 20 is at a high level since the circuit 21 of the element 1 can be turned on enough although a fluctuation caused by the load is large in comaprison with a low level of the output of the circuit 20.
