Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure a high cooling efficiency with a small-sized cooler by installing obliquely the condenser above the heating unit and the container storing the cooling liquid and then providing the linking tube to the container only at the area near the lowest edge.
CONSTITUTION: Vapor 6 rising up from container 1 is led to lower head 11 through linking tube 14 and then flown into tilted condenser tube 9. The cooling liquid condensed within tube 9 flows down along tube 9 to return to container 1. While non-condensed gas 13 rises up within tube 9 to be enclosed into reservoir 8a at the upper edge part with no resistance to the flow of the cooling vapor current, and does not remain within tube 9. As a result, the non-condensed gas is exhausted naturally and efficiently, thus increasing the cooling efficiency of the boiling cooler.
