Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve circulating efficiency of a hydraulic fluid and also to facilitate production process, by providing bottom surface of pipe's inside circumference with slender groove which is running downwardly from condensing section to evaporating section.
CONSTITUTION: Bottom surface of inside circumference of a heating pipe 1 is provided with a slender groove 2, which is running in the direction of the pipe, in such a manner that it goes down toward evaporating section 4 from condensing section 3. By doing so, the slender groove 2 enables hydraulic liquid to immediately circulate in the pipe without requiring wick to be lined even through the pipe is installed at reverse inclination to some degree. Since the groove is narrow, even if the pipe had been installed in the horizontal position, it does not disturb circulating flow of the hydraulic liquid at all, in addition, it contributes to the purpose of increasing heat-conducting area. And therefore, the operating liquid flow circulating efficiency is increased.
