Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten the efficiency of heat exchange by removing attached bubble acting as a heat insulating layer from the entire surface of the heater through rotation of the fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid for maintaining constant temperature from a pump 9 through a flexible pipe 8 introduced into a feed pipe 6. As it enters the bottom of the heat exchanger body 1, the fluid begins to turn along the inner wall of a cylinder because is flows from the tangential direction of the circle thereof. With a discharge pipe 7 above the body 1, the turning fluid flows upward forming a vortex and fed to the section intended to maintain constant temperature through the discharge pipe 7. In this case, the higher the outflow pressure from the pump 9 is, the greater the speed of the flow is. Thus, the bubble attached on the surface of the heater 4 is separated and carried away on the flow outside the body 1. In this manner, the attached bubble acting as the heat insulating layer can be removed from the enter surface of the heater 4, thereby affording a better heat exchange.
