Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve an efficiency of heat recovery with a smiple arrangement by a method wherein a heat exchanger unit is provided in a water discharge passage, a cold fluid is flowed into the heat exchanger unit when a temperature of the flowing waste water is high.
CONSTITUTION: A group of helical pipes 8 are installed in a space between a removable inner cylinder 6 and an outer cylinder 7, the upper-most position of a group of helical pipes 8 is oppositely positioned at a flowing part of the water discharge pipe A and communicated with the outlet pipe 12, the lower-most position thereof if communicated with the inlet pipe 11 so as to oppositely face against a flow outlet port at the lower end of the outer cylinder 7. Water temperature sensing mechanism C is arranged at the flow inlet for water from the water discharge pipe A, a valve connected to the feeding pipe 11 is opened only when a temperature of the flowing waste water 1 is high, a fluid of low temperature 4 is fed into a group of helical pipes 8, and a fluid of high temperature 5 is fed out from the feeding-out pipe 12.
