CONSTITUTION: Starting circuit SC2 is connected among a power rectifier Of and a power inverter, and tank load Tc is connected on the output side of the power inverter. At first, Rc parallel C12, R12 and tank load Tc are energized, then, each auxiliary thyristor S15, S16 in series circuit is ignited at the same time, direct current input to the power inverters S11∼S14 is made to be raised quickly and is made to be reached to a specified value. Furthermore, tank load Tc is made to be promoted in vibrating condition, then, this energy is supplied to tank load through each series body of the power inverters, and the inverters are controlled by seperating the starting circuit SC2.
