Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a unit which causes an original input signal with its frequency fixed to vary in frequency artificially by a simple electronic device. CONSTITUTION:Charge coupling elements CCD1 and CCD2 as an example of a N-stage analog transfer element are provided in parallel and between those transfer elements and input and output signal terminals, four switches SWN1, and SWN2 and SWT1 and SWT2 are operated reversely to connect either transfer element to input and output terminals respectively. Further, this unit is equipped with oscillator WCO which generates write clock pulse to transfer elements, N-scale counter CT1, a flip-flop, N/4n-scale counter CT2, octal counter CT3, counting decoder CDR, octal decoder DEC, voltage-control variable frequency oscillator VCO, and logical operation LGC for write and read clock signals. Then, either time for the inputting or outputting to or from transfer elements is divided uniformly and a clock pulse of the variable frequency needed for the fixed signal transfer within each divided- time width is obtained.
