Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a control device capable of preventing abrupt variation in the pressure in the case of increasing the set pressure of a low-pressure bypass in a steam turbine plant having a two-stage high pressure and low-pressure, turbine bypass system.
CONSTITUTION: The control device comprises a turbine bypass system consisting of a high-pressure bypass 2a leading steam from the front of a main steam adjusting valve 2 to the inlet port of a reheater 4, and a low-pressure bypass 5a leading steam from the front of a reheating steam stopping and intercepting valve 5 to a condenser 8. In the system thus constituted, when the low-pressure bypass is considered, pressure which has passed through a pressure setting characteristic 28 due to a turbine stage pressure 21, a set characteristic 29 due to a high-pressure bypass valve opening degree 9a and a primary delay circfit 30 is supplied as input to a high-value priority circuit 31, and its output signal is supplied as input to a pressure setting 13. In this case, for example, the characteristic 29 makes its pressure setting at 50 and 100% respectively in the case of the high pressure bypass valve opening degree being zero and 100% respectively.
