Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the accuracy of measuring, by correcting the measured value of outlet temperature of a gas turbine by a theoretical value of temperature drop in the gas turbine.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector 2 installed at the outlet port of the gas turbine 1 is connected to a correction calculator 5 through a signal converter 3 and a ratio calculator 4. A signal converter 7 is connected to an air compressor 6 directly coupled to the gas turbine 1 and is connected to the correction calculator 5. The outlet gas temperature of the gas turbine is detected by the temperature detector 2 and converted into a signal. The signal is ratio-calculated. The discharge pressure of the air compressor is converted into a signal. Both the signals are entered into the correction calculator 5, which performes a predetermined calculation. Thereby, the inlet gas temperature of the the gas turbine is indicated on a receiving measuring instrument 8. Therefore, the high inlet gas temperature can be accurately determined by using the signal of the relatively low outlet gas temperature.
